Fair? Nothing is fair, NO ONE will ever treat everyone equally. BIASNESS is a common issue, that's wad seems so UNFAIR!
Just because i'm a tiny winy PART-TIMER doesn't mean i have no rights to stand up for my right. Whatever it is, no matter wad status u r holding, we're all humans. Cant figure out why my boss can let her take her fucking own sweet time to finish up her work whereas I have to finish my 3pm TODAY!? The thought of it make me furious and sick.
